Just caught Curse of the Golden Flowers at The Cathay. Ill give it 3/5 stars, not the best movie but still worth watching.
Basically the movie is about a family, a father, a mother and 3 sons. The eldest son had an affair with his mother, his father knew about it and wanted to kill the mother, the 2nd son wanna help the mother by rebelling against the father. The youngest son, very unhappy about these thigns killed the eldest son but was killed by his father. 2nd son plan to rebel failed and he killed himself. The mother went crazy and die soon after. Oh ya and also theres lots of boobs in this movie XD curse of the golden boobs some call it LOL

Gong Li is still so pretty after so many years, and so is chow ren fa, though he looks abit old now. And somehow i think if dey get some other actors from mainland china to act in Jay role, the movie will be better. Jay looks strange in those armour =x and i think hes better at singing and composing den acting

Nowadays i make it a point to sleep early, like before 1am. I know its not really early, but its earlier than last time, when i used to sleep at 3am. Just came home from Fusion gathering after being pangseh by junhao ken kk wb. They 4 share a cab home while i follow hwie sie esther and dolly taking the bus home. Actually kinda glad i took the bus. 1st i got no money left and 2nd its not that i have the chance to see them everyday, unlike the junhao, who i see almost everyday. The gathering is just a dinner followed by some chatting here and there, meeting up with people who i last saw was like a yr ago. Really glad to have people like hazel, hwie sie, jason etc to be in our class to organise these gatherings. Kudos to them.

Heard that a Honesty gathering is coming up too. Cant wait.

UIR is the most boring subject i ever took in my last 18yrs! Yes its slack, but its also bloody boring. It makes u wanna REST instead of trying to be inteRESTed in the subject. UIR stands of Using Internet as a Research tool, a cds, or a GEM if u are from SP. i dunno what its called in np nyp rp or any where else. u get what i mean ya.

Just came home after watching DOA. Plot and storyline aside, the movie is uh-huh-huh if u get what i mean. The likes of holly valance and sarah carter(woohoo)playing beach volleyball together makes the movie worth watching =) Overall i'll give it 3/5, 2 out of 3 is for the volleyball scene, and of cuz the Christie(holly valance) intro in the beginning of the movie. Plot wise its real bad =.= so dun use ur brains when u watch this movie.. jus enjoy sarah carter and holly valance fighting each other in the rain in bikinis doing high kicks everywhere =)

23rd Oct 2006, 1st day of sem 2.2, and im gonna pon the 2 lectures =) which means i will only go sch on wednesday. 2 more days of holidays!

Quite a slack timetable i have this sem. Just 20hrs per week, including UIR as my CDS. If i exclude the lectures all im left with is 13hrs of sch everyweek. But i reckon the slack timetable is oso because of more time-consuming projects this sem. Heard this sem not gonna be as ez as the last one. Hope i can improve on my 3.04 gpa =) Even 3.1 i'll be happy.

Aftering considering long n hard, i decide to buy the pirated version of FM07, afterall its $6 VS $60. I will get it surely, if the price is $40. I think they gotta cut down their prices if they are gonna compete against piracy. Jon gonna get it for me and i think i will get it tonight, which means hari raya holiday = fm day woohoo can wait to get my hands on it.

Suddenly got the urge to play bball like sec sch days.. sure i was much much more accurate in my shooting then as compared to now. But tts also bcuz we played like almost everyday after sch.. o levels had to come n ruin everything =( .. mayb i'll start playing with my bro n his frens often, since they play almost everyday and my slack slack timetable allows be to every monday, wed, thurs and mayb friday lol.

Newcastle lost 2-1 to bolton on sunday after dominating much of the play and leading 1-0 earlier on. Christmas isnt even near but yet bramble keeps giving away goals. If im the manager i'll release bramble even if i need to pay him compensation, at least tt free up some wages to sign new and better players. Hope roeder and sheperd sign some decent defenders in the january window. Heck, any championship level defenders will do better than bramble. He just sucks. Read the news saying tt magpies will join in the hunt for lucas neil and klaas jan huntelaar. Sure hope we can get lucas neil. Oba n amoebi will do the job up front, with rossi with backup. I think the money intended to be used on huntelaar shld be used to buy some more decent defenders. Its jus amazed by how the newcastle board are able to come up with funds every season, without winning any silverwares. Simply amazing.

Just came back from bball not long ago. There were junhao, jinhao, kenneth, charlin, gordon, brandon, and jiawei, whom im quite surprise to see. The last time i saw him was like a yr ago. A fight nearly broke up between me and some bengs. Heres wad happened.
when i reach the court jinhao, junhao, charlin and brandon were in playing with 4 bengs. After that match, which jinhao n co won, jinhao decide to display some sportsmanship and went to one of the beng , said GoodGame to him and wanna shake his hand. The beng was offended by jinhao gesture and decide to stare at him. Of cuz jinha stared back and they begin staring down at each other. Seeing 2 guys staring at each other, we know something must be wrong. We den went over to them and see whats happening. The other bengs came along and threaten to punch jinhao. After some quarreling which involve phrases like 'where u from' and ' u where not happy', of cuz all these was spoken in mandarin, jinhao decided to walk off. Den i stick out my hand to stop one of the beng as he seems to have the intention to follow. A quarrel started between me n the beng, which also involves the usual beng talk. I push the beng once den him and 2 other bengs push me back. The quarrel continues until jinhao pulled me away. During the whole process charlin was shouting 'plae basketball dun fight plae basketball dun fight' in the background and junhao was holding his hp in his hand, preparing to call 999 if anithing happens i suppose.

After the incident we continue to play ball with some others public and went for dinner/supper at macdonalds.

Life without maid, Day 1..

Ok la not like i will die w/o a maid =.= My mom probably the one whos not used to it. But i did help out quite abit eh, unlike my bro who sits down dere, smetimes walk around, but practically doing nth xD but hes on mc go i let him go for the day.

Took the 4 times yesterday, 1st trip was to harbourfront keppal bay tower to help my, now in jarkata enjoying the haze, maid collect her freebies for he cannon digi cam. 2nd time was of cuz going back home. Den not long after jon called me and ask me to join him n sam in town. Glad i went as sam was forced to give us a treat at cartel. We forced him of cuz =) its seafood platter again but since its his treat like the 1st time in 6yrs, i shant complain.

Euro 2008 qualifiers ltr on channel 22. And finally scott parker is given a chance to start. Cant wait to see him in international action. He is after all, the man who took over the legend. Alan Sheaer, skipper's armband. Not bad for a 25yrs old lad. I think parker > carrick, not jus bcuz he plays for newcastle of cuz and im sure im not the only one.

Went to the new Vivocity at harbour front this afternoon. Big mall with lotsa shops still not yet open. Walk and slack around until around 6 and went to heartland mall and have dinner there at Thai Express. Went home after walking around in heartland mall after dinner.

Last month has got to be my most active blogging month, total of 9 posts. Usually i'd onli blog 4-5 times a month. And ironicly, its the month that i said i was going to take a break from this.

3 more weeks to start of sem, packed my room, packed the storeroom, packed the kitchen and my maid leaving on the 11th. Hi to washing, ironing, sweeping, mopping etc. =(

Talking bout packing, actually packing is kinda fun, and sad at the same time. U'll dig out things that u thout was lost, things that will trigger some memories, both happy and sad ones. Things that let u think of things u regret doing. Toys that let u think of ur childhood. Ah sweet sweet memories, too bad they r jus memories and we cant turn back time. I also cant believe how much money i've spent buying useless things, or pestering my parents to buy useless things when i was young. If only i can just sell those at half of their original price now.

I had a strange dream when i was taking a nap this afternoon. I dreamt of a group of doctors being called to an emergency only to discover that its a plot by terrorists to capture them. Their aim is to rid the country of all doctors. One by one, the captured doctors are being tied to missle and then shoot out. Im one of the doctors and somehow i my missle landed without exploding and i survive. Then i woke up and the dream ended. Pretty weird eh.

Heres how i fare, Z for mafit, B+ for dbis, B for pom, C+ for ebm, calculus and ldschr. btw Z stands for Distinction =) which is better than an A =). GPA of 3, major improvement from 1st yr but i still think i can do better.

Now many ppl mus be saying, WTF this guy din attend any lectures, rarely do tutorials and even got warning letter for every subject not even pass but din even get a single D and still get a Z!!! Well well well what can i say =)

Finally all projects for this sem is over, which also means exam is near. 16 more days to be exact. But who cares right exams are onli really near when they are 2 days away =)

Cant wait for the holidays to come.. back to the slacking and sleeping. sleep until u "wake up naturally". Enjoy this kinda life while it last ya. aint gonna be able to do that when we start working yea.

Its 9th August which means its National Day!!! Wanna wish Singapore a happy 41st national day. Dont u feel proud being a Singaporean? Having one of the best airport, best seaport, best transport network and many others best. Such a small and young country producing such great results is no small feat eh. And also Singapore's multi racial multi religion society is something like a role model to the rest of the world. If the whole world is like Singapore there will be no more wars like the one israel is having with lebanon now.

Haha just as i predicted, MiloPeng won the superband with Soul coming in 2nd. Best performance of the night, no not milopeng, not soul, not lucify not j3. its ZhangZhenYue and Free 9 with MC HotDog. The superbands shld learn from them.

The EPL season is gonna start and this season is gonna be so much more exciting with many clubs signing world class players. And its even more exciting to see Man Utd complete another season without any silverware. Man Utd is now a team in transition woohoo, they r no longer a championship winning team.

My prediction will be Chelsea retaining the title yet again. If theres a weak link in the chelsea squad, it will the defence with their lack of left-backs. Wayne Bridge is their onli natural left back although gallas is also able to play there. They are also short of right back i believe with onli ferriera as their only class there. They have the 2 of the best center backs in terry and gallas with carvalho as back up. Goal-keeper wise they have one of the best in Petr Cech. They also have the best midfield. How on earth do u beat a midfield with joe cole and robben on the wings and ballack, lampard and even makelele in the center. Shevcenko will be their main striker this season with drogba and kalou as quality backups. Morinho will prolly play a 4-5-1 in order to fit his midfield.

Arsenal will be chasing chelsea throughout the season and will finish 2nd. The only problem they face now is the lack of center backs with senderos out for the 1st few weeks of the season and campbell leaving on a free. But if ashley cole leave it will be another problem for them. Their midfield is also quality with the likes of farbregas v.persie helb and the new addition rosicky. Striker wise they have imo the best in the world, Henry. I reckon wenger will play most of his matches with a 4-5-1 tatic with henry as lone striker.

3rd - 6th will be a fight between liverpool, man utd, newcastle and spurs and its probably going to finish in that order.

Woot im back here to mark the 1st day of my favourite month, August!!! Its my fav because its also the lunar 7th month aka ghost month. LOL jus joking.

I think last month is the most inactive month of this blog. i was close to deleting it but phew i din to that. Mayb its because of the post world cup + post term break sydrome. They make me feels kinda sad n empty. But hey i manage 4 posts even during the inactive month =)

Projects deadline are nearning.. Deadline = u dun meet the line u're dead =x and of cuz exams are coming which means the holidays are near too!!! woohoo so looking forward to the holidays, the slacking, sleeping and more slacking =) and im gonna catch at least a one movie a week during the hols, with or without accompany to make up for all the movies i missed during sch days.

Experts are saying that the life nowadays are too rush and say that doing everything in a slower pace is better for health, both mentally and physically. And no im not the expert who said that, although im an expert.

They are asking people to walk slowly, eat slowly, work slowly, drive slowly, read slowly. play slowly and even, have sex slowly. At least thats wad i heard on radio. There are associations worldwide which promotes them, e.g the eat slowly association(theres a proper name for it but i cant remb).

I like and believe in what they say so im gonna adpot it. Starting from now im gonna do things slowly. In fact, im typing real slow now. The previous sentence took me 5 mins to type.

Extra time starting soon in the World Cup final ITALY VS FRANCE. 1-1 is the scoreline. Sad thing is my fav portugal isnt playing in the match. It shld be ITALY VS PORTUGAL for the final.

Heres my grades for the mid-sem test. I got an A, 2 Bs, a C and a F ._. Luckily my grp got A for the project in the subject i got F. Surely hope to retain the A and Bs, and improve on the C and the F. GOGO towards my aim of an improved GPA =).

Been smetime since i last caught a movie in the cinema. Lots of gd movies already showing or coming soon but sad no one to watch with T_T movies anione??

Life is all about choices. Its either this or that. Theres nothing like the best of both worlds. Even if u manage to have both worlds, u wont get the best out of both. In the end u will only get a little of everything.

Dont u just hate it when people say smething like "u wont be able to UNDERSTAND" to you? Especially when its not u who start the conversation. Why bother to talk to me in the 1st place when "i wont be able to UNDERSTAND"

Day 2 of Sem 2 Term 2. Got back my calculus paper yesterday and got 31/50.. Not too bad, but not gd either. My aim was 35+ but due to some careless mistakes and me not finishing the paper.. I miss out the whole last question which is worth 10 marks ._.

I think I'll fail EBM, marginally pass POM n DBIS, and do well for MAFIT. Of cuz I hope to pass all so lets hope the marker is very very lenient in marking.

2 more months to exams.. which means the holidays is also not far away.. and of cuz theres the dreaded supp paper which i dun wish to take.

Portugal's is in the round of 8 in the world cup and its against england(again!) this time. Here i must say sorry to all England fans cuz we r going to knock out england this time again. Remb Euro 2004? and Yes we can do it even without Deco, Costinha and C.Ronaldo

ok finally a proper update after more than a week. Lets do a summary of my holidays.

1. World Cup
Of cuz man world cup is the main thing of this 2 weeks holidays. Watch at least until 2am every day and on somedays even 5am. surprise of the grp stage, Cezch Republic is out after a gd 1st match performance.

2. Slack + DotA + FM
Tell me wad else can u do when u slp at like 3am everyday ._. Btw i trash sooguan in FM LOL he was totally owned by my portsmouth team. I tok his bolton 7 - 0

3. Miss out on a gd money making opportunity
Charlin at 1st offered me a job, 4hrs $50. i reject it cuz i got project to do.. sad case.. jus when i nid the money to buy a new phone. Haiz

4. Project
Din do much this hols. Did abit here abit there.. but at least i did smething.

5. Heri's birthday
Which is 2dae. We (jes huilei n me) shared to buy him a shirt(creativity = 0.. lol) and a cake. Went to Marina Bay for dinner and of cuz its the bdae boy treat. Sucky thing is tt we walk from the food n recreation center back to MRT station.. which is kinda far.

Tts about sum up my 2 weeks holidays. Din have any gathering with "DnA" this hols.. Doesnt matter much to me anymore now. Admit it ppl.. the organising ppl sucks in orgainising, and those gd in organising r lazy to go thru the hassle and stuffs lidat. ppl giving attitude every now n then, compromising? LOL

Tml is the start of the mid-sem test and im here blogging after watching Toy Story 2 on channel 5. Sooguan is bz mugging for tml paper(as if got aniuse LOL).. okok jus joking man LOL JUS JOKING.

Last sem i flunk my mid-sem test, getting results like 7/50, 15/50.. and in the end i pass everything w00t LOL. hope this sem miracle happen again? ha ha ha ha... and im so looking forward to the end of the test on thursday.. which is the start of the WORLD CUP woohoo!!!!! World Cup FEVER.

Went to a place for the 1st time.. and certainly wont be the last time. i'll be there 2 yrs later.. yes the place it Puala Tekong. Wake up at 6.30am and reach pasir ris interchange to wait for the bus to fetch us to jetty to take a ferry to tekong. i was there to send off my cousin to BMT and to take a look at the place i'll be in 2yrs time.

There in the recruit barracks they have a lounge for them to relax which is outof bounds to all instructors unless emergency. they have SCV there, a table tennis table, lots of board games and newspaper. their bunk oso isnt that bad. fan jus above every bed keeps them cool. the food they catered isnt bad either. we had a chance to taste wad they eat.. chicken drumstick rice with dumpling soup and a slice of honeydew. looks like going NS isnt tt bad afterall =x lol

they grp the recruits into 4.. the small ones, big ones, bigger ones and biggest ones.. u know wad i mean. lol. my cousin is under the big category. if im going in now i will be in the biggest category. hahahaha.

After that went to the PC Show and get a Sony MP3 player. lol go PC show get mp3 player. 1gb with the speed charge function.. charge 3mins can plae 3hrs sia lol. cost $179.

Reached home at 10pm today.. totally owned by projects. Mid-sem test is also coming. Got a total of 5 papers and the worst thing is that theres one day with 2 papers!!! now this rrly sucks.. this sem is complete opposite from last sem.. last sem slack until cannot slack.. this sem chiong wan slack oso cannot slack =x Think i better stop here and go catch some slp.. meeting for project discussion again tml morning. xD OWNAGE

The EPL is going to be more interesting next season with new faces like Ballack to chelsea, berbatov to spurs, rosicky arsenal, henry arsenal, torres link with arsenal, kuyt linked with a move to newcastle, shev link with a move to chelsea, alves link with liverpool.. and the transfer window hvn even open. Its sure going to be interesting next season.

And its only 17 more days to the WorlD Cup woohoo so looking forward to it.

The NBA playoffs is getting interesting.. in the West finals its a faceoff between 2 offensive team, Mavericks and Suns.. finally no more spurs =) its kinda boring seeing the same thing in the finals every yr eh. In the East its kinda boring.. Pistons(again) and Heat. Hmm my prediction will be Mavericks VS Pistons in the final... offense VS defense

Year 2 Day 28, long long day today.. sch starts at 9am and i only reach home at 9pm. i realise one thing, doing tutorial and understanding the subject is so much fun. So from now onwards im going to prepare all my tutorial ( saying is one thing.. doing is another)

This week is going to be a bz bz week,1 project submission on friday and 2 next monday. And mid-sem test is coming.. Gotta work hard man and get better GPA this sem.

Just reach home from dinner, movie and pool session after one whole afternoon of project work

Dinner was a treat by jon cuz its his bdae.. @ cartel cuz he work there. the total bill for 9 ppl was $227 after 15% staff discount.. 7 cups of death by chocolate shake cost him $50+. i ate the st. louis pork ribs, the one cartel won award for. IMO it isnt tt gre8 as ppl describe. i think the flavour of the sauce is too overwhelming.. but im no food connoisseur so dun take my words too seriously.

After dinner we went to the new cathay bside PS to watch Over The Hedge. Now this is the best animated i seen.. way better than madagascar and ice age 1 and 2.. i din watch the wild so i got no comment on tt.. Over The Hedge is one heck of a funny show.. all of us was laughing all the way, and i rrly mean ALL THE WAY. i gave it 4/5 stars.. go catch it if u can.. forget bout the Da Vinci Code.. its just the hype surrounding it.. nth true in it jus pure friction so if u onli have the $9.50, go catch Over The Hedge.

We went hougang plaza to play pool after movie. we reach there we were told that a bunch of guys were beaten up by another grp.. I feel sad for those who were beaten up. 1stly, they were beatn up.. then police came and they were questioned. then they had to stay there until their parents come to fetch them and they will be probably be reprimanded or grounded or one month or smething.. while those who beat them up jus ran away. Lesson learnt, always b the one who beat ppl and not the beaten. =x

Meeting for project at 10.30 tml morning at the mac near TP.. which i dunno where.. gotta go slp now if not tml sure late for meeting ha ha

I had a dream.. or shld i call it a nightmare, last night. Sengkang was under siege by Godzilla xD rrly.. and i was with sam tt time. why sam? i oso dunno lol. he was looking for some food b4 godzilla came and we all gathered at the government assigned shelter which is SengKang CC. The 1st thing i thout of when we're in danger is my family members. i was so happy to see them at sengkang cc. Then i was woken up by my handphone alarm.

My grandfather had a heart attack jus yesterday.. hes out of danger now but still in ICU. sure hopes hes okay.

Went to change my scv set top box to a digital one yesterday morning and apply for the world cup ppv plan. Yes the world cup is coming woohoo. Portugal is going to win the world cup!!! down with england and brazil!!!! lol

After changing to the digital set top box i called starhub to activate my channels and they actually activated all channels. YES all channels including Cinemax, HBO, Starmovies all thos espensive channel. they said they r too busy these few days to selective activate so they jus activate all of them 1st and change it when they r less busy.. so i got those free channels these few days.. so happy =)

Long weekend gonna be over.. and its sch again =\ gotta work hard for this sem. dun wanna follow in jon's footsteps. especially calculus... why did i choose calculus in the 1st place =x but since it cant be change now im gonna make sure i pass it =)

Is there a balance between every 2 things? To me i dun think so. its either u choose that and giv up this or vice versa. Trying to strike a balance, or i like to call it hanging in the middle, isnt going to both sides any good and in the end u'll probably feel that u dun belong to either sides.

Time is a special thing, it can heal most wounds, but oso bland ties. Its will be great if 20yrs down the road we wuld still be able to meet out smetimes to have a simple dinner and im quite sure it'll happen if we our ties r strong in the 1st place. If tt doesnt happen, it jus shows that we arent tt gre8 in the 1st place isnt it.

Smetimes this stupid question pop up in my mind, do i have any frens? well yes in fact i have got a grp of great frens around me. Cheers to them. But i realise one thing, do i have a best one among tt grp? one tt i can talk to regardless of anithing. one who rrly knows wad im thinking. one tt i can confide in. jus one is enuf.
the onli one i have now is the walls of my room =x it wont reply but at least it will listen, and wont know tt im sian and still pangseh me. =x

Hmm 3rd day of sch and i realise my aim of 3.XX GPA is kinda far... jumping from a mere 2 to 3++ jus isnt tt realistic eh xD

Hmm 2nd day of sch.. nth rrly changed. Already got used to waking up early although its only 2 days. I've got an aim for this sem and its to get 3.XX GPA. So to achieve tt im going to attend all my lectures =) im rrly going to. So wish me all the best and may i have the determination to do wad i said, attend all lectures.

DnA (although i hate to call it cuz i think devils n angels aint going to be tgt ever) was planning to organise a chalet but appearantly it isnt going veri well. It 1st started from Charlin's idea of organising an annual gathering , even when we start working, even if we started our own family but Wb came in and wanted it to start with a short term one 1st so he suggest chalet and most agree but things, like usual, didnt work out as well as they thought.

Why am i saying all these here, i oso dunno =x jus feel like saying it out.

Hmm nth much happen recently so nth much to blog about. Jus happy that Newcastle started winning again and if the other clubs drop points they might move into the 6th spot and get a Uefa Cup place =)

Newcastle was, is and will be one of the big clubs in English Football. Them linking with big names shows that. 1st Torres and now Berbatov. And with the likes of Owen, Emre and Parker, they willl definitely achieve smething next season. GO Newcastle GO!!!!

Visited a couple of my fren's blog and saw posts that says how sad they are cuz htennek is getting further and further away from them and things arent the same as they were animore.

Heres my point of view to them, if they r seeing this.
Wads there to be sad about man. htennek has found his purpose of life and is living it the way he shld be. He has learn to pioritise things in terms of importance. Let it go man accept things as it is cuz things wont be the same again. Be happy for him, be glad for him. It will be best if u can follow him, but if u cant, support, not condemn him. Tts the least his frens can do, if u considered him ur fren.

Went to watch Ice Age 2 with the usual peeps. Nice movie for kids but nt tt nice for us. I'll giv it a 2/5. Wad do u expect from a kid show anyway?

Next movie i want to watch is Inside Man but Straits Time review says tt its cut until unwatchable. Hmm why mus they cut the movie to let it fit into the PG rating. If they movie is M18 let it be M18 man. wads the pt of cutting the movie to fit it into the rating but lose its content significantly.

Jus came back from dinner at Cartel @ Plaza Sing with Jon n Sam, 2 of my best budds. We order a sea food platter for 3 and a main course each. Cost us $24 per person. Not the best food i've eaten but still worth the money.

Years ago when i was still in the active forces of the Army, i was in my 1st year as a 2nd Lieutenant. The Battalion had returned to camp after a field training exercise. As usual we did the post excercise activities like packing up the stores, cleaning of weaponry, debriefing, etc. We are all chatting happily about the coming weekend when the 2 dogs that is our Company's pet (I was in Bravo Company) rushed out, barking and yelping as they dashed past us.

We are all taken aback at their strange behaviour as they are known to us as very tamed and obedient animals that had never behaved so strangely before. Upon hearing the commotion, the CSM (Company Sergnant Major) walked out of his office and asked all the men to pack up ASAP and return to our bunks, not coming down unless really required. He however asked all the officers to gather with him in the OC (Officer Commanding) office. Next to the OC's desk is a box of offerings consisting of joss-sticks, candles and josspaper. And with a solemn face, CSM told us the story.

Years ago, at my camp there have been a soldier who was very weak physically and mentally and was constantly bullied by his commanders and fellow troopers. He was having a very hard time adjusting to the demanding lifestyle of a soldier and he often wept himself to sleep. He constantly failed all his physical tests and it finally come to the attention of the OC who ordered that he would not be allowed to go home for the weekend break if he fails his chin-ups again.

Though he tried his hardest, his skinny arms refused to pull him up more than the minimum requirements of 12 for a Guardsman. He did only 4 and was ordered to stay in camp doing extra guard duties for weekends. He broke down and sob uncontrollably as going home for the weekends was his greatest wish and that helped keeping him sane. The final straw to him is everyone is given a long weekend break that started from Friday afternoon.

On Friday night, he slipped out of his bunk and brought with him a toggle rope to the pullup bar behind our Company building and hanged himself. Due to negligence of the routine camp patrols and deserted camp over the weekends, his body was only found on Monday morning. OVer the weekends, it had rained heavily and the effects of the humid and damp weather made its effects on his body. His body was rotting and his neck was extended to a impossible length due to hanging and according to witnesses it is a most ghastly sight. Dogs all over the camp had howled at the corpse for attention but as said, he was to be found only at Monday morning.

So from that day onwards, each year at the anniversary of his death, all the dogs of the army camp would without fail howled madly and gather around the pull up bar. A Taoist priest who was hired to sort out this unnatural occurrence said that, the dogs are particularly sensitive to ghosts and are there at the pullup bar pleading with the ghost of the dead soldier telling him to go in peace and not disturb the living souls. The soldier had committed suicide and died most tragically and it is very hard for him to find any rest in the afterlife and he is doomed to repeat his sufferings all over again each year after year.

Sch reopen on april 17th, today is the 21st of march, still got like 1 month to go. How i love holidays, days spend jus slacking. Man gotta enjoy days like that cuz its not going to happen again once we enter the society eh.

Read through this blog's archive for the past few days to recall what i did for the past 12 months. Isnt it nice to reminisce sometimes? Those happy memories, if only i could turn back time.
IF ONLY

Woke up at 7, wash up, and go out for a stroll/jog. Grab the newspaper on the way back. Have a shower then have breakfast. After breakfast, take my time to read the newspaper and watch some MVs on MTV.
Lunch time with family and talk over some family matters. After lunch ask some frens out for a cup of coffee and chat over coffee for bout an hour or two. Go the library to read some books and spend some time alone reflecting on the past and think bout the future.
Dinner with my loved one(s) at some western restaurant and send the one home, if its ones, they will go home themselves.
Ask some bout 2 - 3 frens out for a drink or two and reach home at around 12. Have a quick shower, blog bout the things that happen today and go to sleep.

The above is my dream day. Heres wad rrly happen today.

Woke up at 1pm, lunch alone and start dota-ing, dota-ing and dota-ing. Watch some MVs on MTV then took a shower. Went for bball at around 7 and have dinner cum supper after bball. Reach home took a shower and blog bout things that happen today, play some games and go to sleep.

Looks like im quite far away from my dream day. the onli similar thing is blogging. =(

Its the exam again. Just finished my business stats paper yesterday. Think i can pass. Going for microecons paper ltr at 7pm. Yes at 7pm. wad kinda dam time is that to take ur exam. Think i shld be able to pass mircoecons too. then on thursday its the KILLER.. Accounting. damn how i hate accounting.. especially this sem.

End of sem is coming and gosh how i hate the end of sem. End of sem = projects deadline = sian3/4

This week is gonna be one hellava week i tell u. Econs deadline today (which is over), Comm skill roleplay on Friday, Pscyho test on saturday(yes the test is mad thats why they call it the psycho test), next monday Comm skill summative test, NMM website uploading and journal submission(which i hvn start doing) and Psych Skit n presentation on thursday. Tell me if this isnt one hellava week wad is.

And oso i recieve a bad news jus now.. my business stats tutor called me and tell me that i fail my coursework =.= cuz i miss 2 of the 3 class assignment(5% each) and failed my term test. But he said im at the border line so he'll help me by letting me retake the 3rd assignment and lemme get higher marks to pass my coursework.

Yo yo yo yo its the 1st day of year 2-double 0-6!!!!

A short recap of the last week of 2005. Caught 2 movies, 1st Wallace & Gromit(spelling?). Funny show and i heard they used 5 yrs to make this movie bcuz the characters are made of clay. For their effort i'll giv them 3/5. The mini movie bout the madagascar penguins is oso veri funny.

2nd watched The Chinese Tall Story, which is damn funny la. i'll giv it 3.5/5, where 2 out of the 3.5 is bcuz its damn damn funny.
