The Mummy 3 is a lousy movie

Caught The Mummy 3 last night, wasnt up to expectation. 2.5 out of 5 is the score it got from me, the .5 for the cast (read young pretty chinese girl). Money will be better spent on Money not enough 2 imo. At least u r supporting local production with your $10. Waiting for journey to the center of the earth, hope it will be much better than mummy.

Pushing Daisies is a nice show on the other hand. Totally love the story telling way with the narration and i love the actora' and actress' acting.

"different and refuse to conform"

I realised, i got 2 friends who are "different and refuse to conform".

Well im sure nobody likes rules, nobody likes to conform to the norms, well at least i dont. But lets face it, how often do someone really have the power or ability to change the rules, to prosper without conforming. How often to you see a Steve Jobs or a Mark Zukerburg. Dont get me wrong, i also hope to be different, to set my own rules and not conforming to the norms and prosper at the same time but now is not the time, i still have much much much more things to learn. But its ok im not even 20 yet.

Oh and coincidentally both of the above mention friends have some sort of mental problem, depression and severe OCD respectively. I wonder :P

Btw, its start of the lunar 7th month, and even on 14th floor the smell of people burning offering is overwhelming. Time to get into my air conditioned bedroom.

And also, its the 1st day of my favourite month of the year too :)

The Dark Knight

The Dark Knight is the best movie i've seen recently, aftering watching the likes of Don't Mess with Zohan and Hancock. I'll give it 4.5/5, not full marks cuz the i dont like the fact that Two-Face died so quickly. A must watch imo

Don't wanna spoil too much on the movie here so go catch it people! Totally worth your $10 i tell u.

Heath Ledger as Joker is awesome! Too bad we wont see him anymore :(

Short term memory lapse

I think im suffering from some kind of short term memory lapse. Just now when i came home by LRT and reach the ground level, i cant remember if i took the stairs or the lift. In the morningduring working, i cant remember if i processed a particular form, gotta redo it to make sure its done. Checked the stuffs in my com just now and found alot of albums i dun even remember downloading.

Ma Maison

Went to Ma Maison, a french jap fusion restaurant, @ Central Mall on monday evening for celebrate 2 mates' birthday. One belated and one in advance, well cuz its hard to find time and kinda financial taxing to meet twice :P

Food there were decent, but personally i like the service and the ambience. I'll give the place a 7/10. Some pics of the food we ordered below

Sizzling Hamburger Steak (which is in fact beef ba chor with an egg on top)

One of their trademark dishes from online reviews, but not really that nice imo.

We also ordered appetizers Assorted Sausages (which sucks) and french fries (which taste like what u get in mac, but cost more)

Ladies night on monday, so as long as ur table has got a lady its 20% off the total bill.

Will i go again? Probably yes cuz i still wanna try their Spaghetti in cuttlefish ink, dunno why but im just attracted to that lump of black noodles lol.

Was in the i wanna spend some money kinda mood last night so decided to head down town. Spent around $300 on 3 items. Heres some pics of my loot :D

I'm Back!

Yay! Not like i've been to anywhere =\ Im just lazy to blog nowadays, got lots of things to blog about but just plain lazy.

Things like what not to do when you are a guest, be it at a party or blog. Never criticise the host, at least not at his place, and complain after he did something bad to you (or your entry)

Things like how people can squeeze into the very very small space between me and the mrt door, how people can read the newspaper even in a train carriage where everyone is packed like canned sardines, how boring my work is, how my colleague will talk to themselves, how staying a night at the ice hotel has become one of my dream, how my bro and dad went for checkup and are schedule to have operation, how the quality of sleep is much more important than the quantity, and many many more other things.

But i wont go into details here, cuz its already 11.30pm and im going to bed. If i cant get quality sleep at least i get the quantity.
